BRCS has highly qualified, caring individuals who have sensed God's call to be part of this ministry. Each of our core subject teachers is certified in his/her subject area or grade level. The faculty are encouraged to pursue further education (the school pays 75% of the teachers' tuition for furthering their education in pursuit of a Master's degree or higher).
